The property is beside the well-developed Camella Sorrento Subdivision, and about 2.2 kilometers northwest from North Luzon Expressway Mexico Exit Tollgate. Additionally, it is 8.4 kilometers northwest from Mexico town proper. The property is also accessible from San Fernando City, Pampanga. It is about 7 kilometers northeast from MacArthur Highway corner Brgy. Del Rosario Road.

The 10MWp RASLAG-1 was completed and commercially operated. It became the third ground-mounted solar power plant in the country and the first in Luzon. It was also the second solar power plant to be awarded with the first round of FIT for solar.
