Site Construction Supervisor

RASLAG Corp. is looking for a Site Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our Pampanga plant site, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. Responsibilities: - Supervise on-site construction crews and contractors - Monitor progress against the project schedule and quality standards - Enforce site safety protocols and compliance requirements - Coordinate with the Engineering team on design changes and site conditions Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Experience supervising construction on utility-scale or industrial projects - Willingness to be based on-site at RASLAG's Pampanga plant
