Solar PV Design Engineer

RASLAG Corp. is looking for a Solar PV Design Engineer to support the design and technical development of utility-scale solar power projects across our plant portfolio in Pampanga. You'll work closely with our Engineering and Construction teams to help RASLAG reach its long-term target of 1,000 MW of installed renewable capacity by 2035. Responsibilities: - Prepare PV system layouts, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications for new and expanding solar plants - Conduct energy yield assessments and performance modeling for proposed installations - Coordinate with EPC contractors and equipment suppliers during the design and procurement stages - Review as-built drawings and support commissioning activities on-site - Ensure designs comply with Philippine grid codes, DOE/ERC requirements, and RASLAG's own compliance standards Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PRC license is a plus - 3+ years of experience in solar PV design or utility-scale renewable energy projects - Working knowledge of PVsyst, AutoCAD, or similar design/modeling tools - Willingness to be based on-site at RASLAG's Pampanga plant - Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
